Adelaine Sherman

Adelaine Sherman is a member of the Harvard Graduate School of Education Class of 2026. She is pursuing an Ed.M. in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology. She previously earned her MPS in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College. Adelaine has led People Operations at Sweet and supported recruitment and HR strategy at the NFL, Glenview Capital, and Yext. At Harvard Business School, she works on graduate recruitment strategy, and through the Harvard Innovation Labs she is building The Neighborhood, an AI-powered music therapy platform for neurodivergent adults. She is passionate about human-centered design, people systems, and creating tools that improve how individuals learn and work.
