Bruno Goncalves

Bruno is a class of 2023 Master’s candidate in the Educational Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship (ELOE) Programat the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

He is a social entrepreneur and his venture, Alia Social, incubates and accelerates nonprofit organizations to promote the incipient volunteering culture in Brazil, his home country. He has worked with leadership development, project management and social innovation projects at UNESCO, Johnson & Johnson, The Design Gym Consultancy, and Fundação Vale. In his volunteer experience, he designed and implemented the organizational development curriculum for CISV International, a peace education nonprofit.

Bruno is interested in applying his educational knowledge and skills-set in training and learning initiatives for leadership and organizational development for capacity building, and supporting entrepreneurs to thrive.
