We’re excited to welcome you to our classroom community. Please review the following guidelines and expectations to ensure a smooth and impactful experience:
1. We are located at the Science Center Classroom 418D. Please take the elevator to the 4th floor, turn right, and walk to the end of the hallway. Open the double doors, and you’ll see the entrance.
2. Address: 1 Oxford Street, Cambridge, MA 02138.
3. We kindly ask you to arrive at around 8:30 AM to set up your deck for the classroom.
4. Our class session goes from 9:15 AM to 11:45 AM ET. Please see the timeline below:
a. 8:30 - 9:00 AM ET, check deck and sound system (if applicable)
b. 8:55 - 9:04 AM ET, students' arrival window
c. 9:05 - 9:10 AM ET, students fill out response paper for attendance tracking
d. 9:10 AM - 9:15 AM ET, teaching team introduces guest speaker with your official biography
e. 9:15 - 10:30 AM ET, class session
f. 10:30 - 10:40 AM ET, suggested break
g. 10:40 - 11:45 AM ET, class session
5. Before the Semester Begins, please send us the following materials:

You may edit your slides until two days before your session. Please email us the final version two days prior so we can upload it to Canvas after your lecture

10. You’ll receive a “Guest Speaker Agreement” by email from our Department Administrator. Please review and sign it before the start of the semester.
